Spanish Cold Caller / Customer Service Representative
(Night Shift – 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM)

We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Cold Caller / Customer Service Representative for our call center.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish (spoken & written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in cold calling or customer service preferred
• Ability to work night shift (9 PM – 6 AM)
• Basic computer skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly targets

Salary:

• Up to PKR 100,000 (based on experience & performance)
