Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, contracts, and agreements
- File and organize legal documents and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Perform data entry tasks to update case files and maintain accurate records
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and sensitive legal documents

Qualifications:
- Spanish speaking is preferred but not essential

- Previous experience working as a paralegal or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using document management systems and legal software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and court rules
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
