Spanish Speaking Staffing Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Spanish Speaking Staffing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be the vital link connecting our talented Home Health Aides with our valued clients. This position offers a fantastic chance to make a tangible impact by fostering positive relationships with both candidates and clients.

Duties

• Identify client needs and assign aides to meet their needs, ensuring our patient receive timely and consistent care
• Advise Registered Nurse (RN) of new clients, changes in staff assignments, changes in client needs, and client discharge.
• Provide general information to the public regarding home care services.
• Collect initial intake information from clients along with the intake Coordinator. Receive and coordinate client referrals.
• Assemble and maintain consistent client charts. Maintain up-to-date communication notes, file in client charts in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with aides for new client orientation with RN.
• Collaborate with team members to cover staffing gaps and ensure day-to-day operational goals are met.
• Take ownership of assigned cases and ensure patient well-being is the top priority

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a staffing/client services coordinator
• Ability to handle large case loads
• Experience with HHAeXchange software is a preferred
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English is a must!
• Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Ability to keep accurate notes and records
• Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in stressful situations
• Strong leadership capabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
