We're Hiring: Spanish Language Trainer (Part-Time | Hourly Basis)

Nitaq Academy is seeking a passionate and qualified Spanish Language Trainer to deliver engaging Spanish language courses and prepare students for DELE (Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera) examinations. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who can inspire learners of all ages and help them achieve their academic and professional language goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Spanish language classes from A1 to C2 levels.
• Prepare students for DELE examinations, including all four language skills: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
• Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, quizzes, and mock examinations.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain attendance records, student progress reports, and assessment results.
• Create an engaging, interactive, and student-centered learning environment.
• Conduct classes in accordance with the academy's academic standards and schedule.
• Support curriculum development and contribute to the enhancement of Spanish language programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Language, Linguistics, Education, Hispanic Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Spanish as a foreign language.
• Experience preparing students for DELE examinations (A1–C2).
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Strong command of both spoken and written Spanish.
• Ability to teach students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online teaching platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker or near-native proficiency.
• Certification in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE).
• Experience with Instituto Cervantes curriculum or DELE examination preparation.
• DELE Examiner Accreditation or equivalent teaching certification.
• Experience delivering both classroom and online training.

Employment Details

• Position: Part-Time
• Compensation: Paid on an hourly basis (competitive hourly rate based on qualifications and experience).
• Work Schedule: Flexible, including evenings and weekends based on class schedules.
• Location: Sharjah, UAE.
