Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Spare Parts Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling spare parts, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell spare parts to existing and potential customers
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable spare parts solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent service
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Coordinate with the warehouse and technical teams to ensure product availability
- Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales (experience in spare parts or automotive field is an advantage)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of spare parts and technical products
- Good computer skills (Excel, email, basic CRM systems)
- Positive attitude and strong customer-service skills
