Job Title: Spare Parts Advisor (Multi-Brand Workshop)

Parts Identification & Supply

• Identify correct spare parts for multiple vehicle brands and models using catalogs, VIN, and technical references
• Supply parts to workshop technicians promptly to reduce repair turnaround time
• Handle counter sales and internal workshop parts requests

Supplier & Procurement Coordination

• Source parts from multiple suppliers, local and overseas, ensuring best price and quality
• Compare OEM, aftermarket, and genuine alternatives based on cost and customer approval
• Follow up on back orders, urgent requirements, and delivery timelines

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/DMS or inventory system
• Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving items
• Conduct regular cycle counts and support physical stock audits
• Control minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid overstocking

Documentation & System Control

• Prepare and process GRNs, GINs, purchase requests, and invoices
• Ensure correct part numbers, pricing, margins, and cost posting
• Maintain proper documentation for parts returns and warranty claims

Workshop & Customer Support

• Coordinate closely with Service Advisors and Technicians
• Provide technical parts support for diagnosis and repair planning
• Assist customers with parts availability, pricing, and lead time

Compliance & Store Management

• Maintain organized storage, labeling, and bin location control
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, safety, and audit requirements
• Follow company policies and workshop operational standards

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of multi-brand automotive spare parts (Japanese, European, American, Korean, etc.)
• Ability to identify parts without OEM dealer systems
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Proficient in ERP/DMS, Excel, and inventory tools
• High attention to detail and time management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
