Job Identification

We are looking for a Spare Parts Associate to be part of our Supply Chain Team in Lahore.

What We Expect

• To maintain inventory level of all spare parts in engineering store matched physical balance with SAP inventory all the time.
• To handle engineering inventory both as kept in the engineering store, receiving from the suppliers and their disposals.
• To coordinate in case of something other than operation such as projects etc.
• To update SAP postings.
• Maintain inventory as per the standard protocols of store management (stacking, tagging, laying, grouping, FIFO etc.)
• Issuance of materials should be done as per standard company protocols.
• To indicate in case of low levelled inventory.
• To coordinate and create PRs in coordination of the concerned area owner to keep the inventory level as defined.
• To create GRNs, STOs etc. in a timely manner, as per the requirements.
• To ensure inventory reconciliation for both SAP and physical on real time basis.
• To ensure faulty engineering items are returned to store & disposed properly.
• To ensure safe operation with proper safety measures.
• To maintain required logbooks filled and updated on real time basis.
• To coordinate with Purchase for returning of goods in case of quality rejection.
• To follow and implement GMP / 5S.
• To workout improvement projects.
• To follow capability development program.
• Additional assignments as per business requirements.
• To follow QMS, Food safety and HSE management system.
• Additional assignments as per business requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Associate Degree
