As a Counter Auto Parts Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by managing customer interactions at the counter, providing expert advice, and facilitating the sale of auto parts. This position requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assess customer needs and provide accurate information about auto parts.
  • Assist customers in locating and selecting the right parts for their vehicles.
  • Answer inquiries and provide guidance on product specifications and compatibility.
  • Sales:
  • Promote and sell auto parts by understanding customer requirements.
  • Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and accessories.
  • Utilize product knowledge to recommend suitable alternatives when necessary.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on the latest auto parts, accessories, and industry trends.
  • Continuously educate yourself on the features and benefits of various products.
  • Provide technical information to customers and address their queries.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels on the sales floor.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to the management.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely restocking of products.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Keep accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Generate reports on sales performance and contribute to goal achievement.
  • Handle paperwork, including invoices, receipts, and warranty documentation.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company sales targets.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Provide support and assistance to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in automotive parts is a plus.
  • Proven experience in auto parts sales for more that 2 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge Arabic language is preferred
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
