Spare Parts Billing Executive

Job Description:

The Spare Parts Executive in the is responsible for handling spare parts operations, including inventory control, procurement, sales, and customer support. The role ensures timely availability of genuine spare parts for workshops, service centers, and retail customers, thereby contributing to smooth after-sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage automobile spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Identify, procure, and issue correct spare parts using catalogues and part numbers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics teams for ordering and delivery of parts.
  • Support service advisors, mechanics, and customers by providing the right spare parts.
  • Handle retail counter sales and prepare quotations, invoices, and billing for spare parts.
  • Track movement of parts, maintain stock registers, and update ERP/inventory systems.
  • Achieve monthly and annual spare parts sales targets set by the dealership/company.
  • Ensure proper display, storage, and handling of automobile parts to maintain quality.
  • Manage warranty and return claims for defective or unused parts.
  • Analyze parts sales performance, monitor competitor pricing, and provide suggestions to improve revenue.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts, catalogues, and inventory management.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
