Spare Parts Manager - Automobile Vehicles

Mandatory Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in the Automobile / Vehicle Spare Parts industry (Mandatory).
• Fluency in Hindi – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle spare parts, inventory control, and procurement.
• Vehicle Automobile industry Spare Parts experience is mandatory.
• Manage end-to-end spare parts department operations for vehicles.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accurate system entries.
• Handle stock reconciliation, aging analysis, and slow-moving / obsolete inventory control.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of spare parts.
• Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers for spare parts procurement.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Supervise spare parts storekeepers and counter staff.
• Coordinate closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Managers.
• Ensure timely issuance of spare parts against job cards and service requests.
• Maintain accurate records in DMS / ERP systems.
• Prepare monthly reports on stock movement, consumption, and inventory valuation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Ensure availability of genuine and fast-moving spare parts to support workshop and service operations.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and avoid overstocking or stock shortages.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
