Develop accurate short-, mid-, and long-term spare parts forecasts using service demand trends, consumption history, and product population data.

Create and maintain forecasting models incorporating seasonality, failure rate analysis, and new product introduction data.

Align forecasts with OEM partners and service delivery teams to ensure adequate pipeline coverage.
2. Inventory Management

Monitor stock movement, aged inventory, and obsolescence; implement corrective actions to optimize working capital.

Oversee redistribution and replenishment plans across the network to maintain healthy service availability.

Monitor fill rate OEM wise and create risk mitigation systems.
3. Analytics & Reporting

Generate dashboards and insights on parts consumption, forecast accuracy, fill rates, and service turnaround performance.

Identify demand anomalies and recommend preventive actions to stabilize service supply.

Support management reviews with regular performance reports and improvement plans.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with OEM/brand partners to plan new product support, warranty parts forecasting, and phased-out product service coverage.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and service operations teams to align plans with business priorities.

Act as the key liaison between head office and regional service teams on all parts planning matters.
5. Process & System Improvement

Drive process automation and system enhancements in parts planning tools (ERP/forecasting platforms).

Establish planning KPIs and continuous improvement mechanisms.
