Job Summary
On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned it and communications company, We are looking for an experienced Spare Parts Service Manager to lead Huawei spare parts operations for the UAE and surrounding region. You will own the end to end spare parts lifecycle, planning, delivery, cost optimization, inventory accuracy, subcontractor management, and major event support, while ensuring full alignment with Huawei’s global spare parts processes and service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the country/representative office level owner for Huawei spare parts services across
data communication, transmission, IT, access, and wireless
products.

Drive spare parts planning, forecasting, delivery, repair/scrapping, logistics, subcontractor management, and internal settlement.

Lead the development and execution of spare parts support plans and service solutions for customer projects and major events.

Organize and chair spare parts review meetings; coordinate closely with global spare parts delivery, supply chain, and logistics teams to meet committed SLAs.

Monitor and optimize spare parts costs, inventory levels, and availability to achieve target KPIs.

Ensure 100% consistency between physical stock and system records, especially after major events or large scale maintenance activities.

Provide guidance and training to local teams on Huawei spare parts processes and tools.
Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related technical field.

Solid technical understanding of
Huawei product hardware
(data com, transmission, IT/storage, access, wireless).

Minimum
5 years
of hands on experience in
spare parts management / administration
at country or representative office level (previous roles such as Spare Parts Manager, Spare Parts Administrator, or Supply Chain Specialist).

Deep familiarity with
Huawei spare parts management processes, tools, and service solutions
.

Proven ability to coordinate with global delivery and supply chain teams to meet strict delivery timelines.

Strong cost-control mindset and experience optimizing spare parts inventory and repair/scrapping cycles.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (written and verbal).

Currently based in the UAE
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience supporting major events (network rollouts, VIP visits, large maintenance windows).

Knowledge of Huawei spare parts systems (eSpare, iSPM, etc.).

Arabic language is a plus.
