What is the job waiting for you?


  • Conduct equivalent product analysis and development,
  • Monitor new product launch and improvement processes,
  • Track and report field deployment of equivalent parts,
  • Evaluate customer requests and feedback,
  • Develop alternative sourcing channels,
  • Manage price change processes,
  • Perform supplier field and service visits,
  • Lead product and supplier evaluation & improvement efforts,
  • Report processes and monitor KPIs.



What we a re looking for?


  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year university),
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • Skilled in planning, organization, and team coordination,
  • Data-driven and result-oriented,
  • Agile, curious, and open to development,
  • Effective stress management and flexibility,
  • Strong team player with a dynamic mindset,
  • High presentation and reporting ability,
  • Completed military service (for male candidates),
  • Fluent in English,
  • No travel restrictions; willing to travel for supplier visits or operational needs.
