Spare Parts Specialist

General Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Spare Parts Supervisor to take a leading role in managing spare parts operations, dealer coordination, and stock optimization processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Determine optimum stock levels of spare parts using advanced demand forecasting methodologies
• Ensure spare parts availability across the network by planning and monitoring inventory
• Manage dealer orders and logistics operations for both Parts & Accessories
• Analyze and report BO (Back Order), VOR (Vehicle Off Road), and MOS (Months of Supply) data to achieve high availability and efficient stock turnover
• Organize and deliver both general and on-the-job training for dealer teams in line with Chery policies and procedures
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to spare parts, and take necessary action in response to changes
• Support spare parts import procedures and collaboration with related departments as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering)
• 1-3 years’ experience in spare parts operations (preferably in the automotive industry)
• Familiarity with local spare parts regulations and import procedures
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dealer Management Systems
• Good command of written and spoken English
• B-class driver’s license
• No travel restrictions
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
