Role Summary:
Manage the spare parts store of a multibrand automotive workshop, ensuring accurate inventory, timely procurement, and smooth parts flow to support workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain stock levels, update inventory, and conduct regular audits.
- Source and purchase parts from suppliers; negotiate pricing.
- Receive, inspect, store, label, and issue spare parts.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for job card requirements.
- Handle returns, warranties, and maintain clean store operations.
- Prepare daily/weekly stock reports and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2years experience in automotive spare parts or inventory handling.
- Knowledge of multibrand car parts and parts catalogues.
- Computer and inventory software skills.
- Strong organization, communication, and vendor-handling skills.
