Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the spare parts warehouse
  • Ensure accurate and organized stock levels, performing necessary inventory checks
  • Coordinate parts receipt and delivery processes, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time by outsource company
  • Help to optimize the use of warehouse space while adhering to safety standards
  • Manage spare parts inventory and place orders based on demand and stock levels
  • Control the outsource warehouse staff and propose improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Prepare periodic reports for management
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and quality standards


Qualifications

  • University degree or vocational college diploma (preferably in logistics, supply chain management or business administration)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in spare parts management (automotive preferred)
  • English proficiency
  • Knowledgeable in inventory management, warehouse operations, and material tracking
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Competent in MS Office and warehouse management software (experience with ERP systems is a plus)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with discipline and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Experienced in inventory control processes and attention to detail
