Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Spare Parts Sales Executive with strong experience in the automobile spare parts industry. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, drive sales, maintain parts inventory, and ensure excellent customer service to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle counter sales and telephone inquiries for automobile spare parts.
- Identify and recommend the correct spare parts based on vehicle model, chassis number, and technical specifications.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, workshops, dealers, and fleet clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and profitability goals.
- Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
- Monitor inventory and report fast-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete parts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
- Assist in after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty-related spare parts claims.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automobile spare parts sales
- Strong knowledge of Japanese, Korean, Chines, and European vehicle spare parts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to read and understand parts catalogs, EPC systems, and vehicle technical data.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Inventory software.
- Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
