Job Profile:
The Spares and Inventory Executive is responsible for managing spare parts and inventory activities from receiving customer demand to final dispatch. This role requires coordination with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure accurate planning, availability, and timely delivery of electronic components and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process customer demand for spares and parts.
  • Plan inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock without overstocking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for material availability.
  • Track inventory movement — receipts, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system.
  • Prepare reports on stock status, shortages, and lead times.
  • Ensure all items meet quality and technical requirements before dispatch.
  • Support continuous improvement in spares and material flow processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Total Experience: 2 to 5 years
  • Diploma or degree in Electronics or related field.
  • Good understanding of electronic components and assemblies.
  • Experience in inventory or materials management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using ERP or inventory management tools.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,226.16 - ₹34,638.35 per month
