Role Description

This is a volunteer role for a Speakers & Coaching Executive at TEDxBenhaUniversity. The role involves working closely with speakers to prepare, refine, and deliver compelling TEDx talks. Your responsibilities include collaborating with speakers on content creation, overseeing coaching sessions to enhance presentation skills, and ensuring each talk aligns with the TEDx brand and values. Additionally, you will coordinate with organizational teams to schedule rehearsals and provide constructive feedback to speakers. This is a hybrid role based in Benha, with some tasks able to be completed remotely.

• Public speaking, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Content development, speechwriting, and storytelling expertise
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management, planning, and organizational abilities
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Flexibility to work both in-person and remotely
• A background or experience in event coordination, training, or developing public speakers is a plus
• Passion for TED's mission of spreading ideas
