Shoot Coordinator

The Shoot Coordinator will be responsible for managing all on-ground logistics during scheduled shoots. This includes coordinating with the crew, models, and creative team, ensuring the day runs smoothly, and handling any real-time needs that arise on set.

This is not a full-time position — you’ll be contacted whenever a shoot is scheduled (typically 1–2 days per month, around 8 hours per shoot).

Responsibilities:

• Attend and supervise the entire shoot day (approx. 8 hours).
• Coordinate between photographers, models, stylists, and the marketing team.
• Ensure smooth logistics on set, including timing, setup, and communication.
• Handle small on-ground tasks (arranging props, refreshments, checking lighting/setup readiness, etc.).
• Manage any last-minute adjustments or issues during the shoot.
• Ensure the production follows the planned schedule and creative brief.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple people on set.
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in event, shoot, or production coordination is a plus.
• Availability to work on flexible schedules based on shoot timings.

Compensation:

• Paid per shoot day (rate based on experience and scope).
• Meals and transportation covered during shoot days.
