Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals with strong organizational and analytical skills to join our AllCare Operations Team.
As a Dispatcher, you will coordinate the daily movement of healthcare providers across California, ensuring efficient routes, balanced workloads, and on-time visits for all patient appointments. You’ll serve as the operational link between providers, facilities, and internal teams — maintaining accurate schedules, resolving real-time routing challenges, and optimizing resource utilization to support exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and manage daily dispatch of healthcare providers to assigned long-term care (LTC) facilities across California.
- Match patient visit demand with available provider schedules, ensuring all appointments are completed within designated timeframes.
- Optimize provider routes based on geographic proximity, provider panels, and operational priorities to reduce travel time and increase efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date scheduling data, provider availability, and patient assignments in internal systems.
- Communicate with providers, facility staff, and internal teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and unexpected route changes in real time.
- Monitor dispatch performance metrics and make proactive adjustments to maintain on-time visit completion.
- Analyze provider utilization and route data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to AllCare.ai dispatch policies, HIPAA compliance, and operational standards.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- 2+ years of dispatch experience within U.S.-based companies, preferably in healthcare or logistics.
- Strong understanding of route optimization, territory management, and schedule coordination.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Proficiency in scheduling, routing, or CRM platforms such as Google Maps, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience with healthcare dispatch or medical provider scheduling (preferred).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret scheduling data and make informed operational decisions (preferred).
- Customer service–oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills (preferred).
- Collaborative team player who communicates effectively across departments (preferred).
- Familiarity with California LTC operations or home health scheduling (preferred).
