Special Education / Behavior Teachers

The Center for People with Disabilities is urgently seeking dedicated, passionate, and experienced Special Education Teachers and Behavior Teachers to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Qatar.

As a valued member of our organization, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for children and individuals with special needs. The successful candidates will be committed to promoting student development, independence, and well-being while helping each learner reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized educational and behavioral intervention plans tailored to students' unique needs.
• Deliver effective, evidence-based teaching strategies and behavioral support programs.
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages participation and growth.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and other professionals to support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral management techniques and individualized educational planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Relevant certifications and professional licenses will be considered an advantage.
