Special Education Teacher

Special Educator – New Green Field School, Saket

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate professional who can support and guide students with special learning needs, helping them achieve academic and personal growth in an inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and assess students with special educational needs.

* Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s learning requirements.

* Collaborate with class teachers, counselors, and parents to create an inclusive learning atmosphere.

* Conduct remedial sessions and provide one-on-one or small-group support as needed.

* Monitor, record, and report student progress and behavioral improvements.

* Maintain compliance with school policies related to special education.

* Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and best practices in special education.

Required Qualifications:

* B.Ed. in Special Education (or equivalent degree).

* 2–3 years of experience* working as a Special Educator in a school setting.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to supporting student growth.
