Special Education Teacher

TWS Learning Collective requires a Special Educator experienced in working with children with special needs, who has expertise in occupational therapy, ABA therapy, and remedial therapy. The candidate should be capable of developing and implementing individualized education plans and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. The role involves close collaboration with therapists and parents to ensure holistic development of students. The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Candidates with prior experience in these therapy modalities and a strong commitment to inclusive education are preferred. This position demands empathy, patience, specialized knowledge, and teamwork to successfully support neurodiverse learners in an alternative, therapy-integrated school environment.
