We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Teacher for Early Years to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing tailored support to young learners, fostering an inclusive learning environment, and collaborating with educators and parents to ensure the holistic development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small-group support to early years students.
• Develop and implement strategies to support students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum and instruction methods.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Engage with parents to discuss their child's progress and support plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Special Education preferred).
• Experience in early childhood education or learning support.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with inclusive teaching practices and differentiated instruction.
