Responsibilities

• Individualized Support & Intervention: Assess student needs, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and implement tailored strategies to support diverse learners in accessing the IB curriculum.
  
  

Collaboration & Inclusive Learning: Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic, social, and emotional growth.

Progress Monitoring & Advocacy: Track student progress, provide regular feedback, and advocate for necessary accommodations to ensure every student reaches their full potential.
