Special Educator

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Special Educator to join our team at Ambassador International Academy, Dubai. If you have a commitment to supporting young learners with diverse needs and the skills to nurture their growth in an inclusive environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide specialized instruction and interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies to meet each child’s unique needs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust support as needed, providing regular feedback to parents and teachers.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages independence, creativity, and confidence in young learners.
• Promote social and emotional development by helping students build positive relationships and self-regulation skills.
• Stay informed on best practices and new strategies in special education, participating in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with young children, preferably in a special education or inclusive Kindergarten setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and special education best practices.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and use a variety of strategies to support diverse learning needs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping children reach their full potential.
