Job Description

What You'll Do

• Analyze Special Financing: Monitor daily cash flow and ensure all postings are completed accurately and on time.

• Support Operations: Provide backup for both Cashiering and Special Financing teams. You'll also scan checks and handle inbound and outbound calls for Interim Servicing accounts.

• Resolve Issues: Research and resolve any discrepancies between Loan Vision and FICS. Conduct in-depth research on customer accounts to ensure the accuracy of all postings.

• Maintain Records: Maintain and protect confidential borrower and customer information.

• Collaborate and Improve: Respond to internal and external emails, assist in identifying process gaps, and work with management to implement improvements.

• Reporting: Perform ad-hoc reporting and research as directed by management.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience analyzing and interpreting data.

• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal and external partners effectively.

• Experience with research, problem-solving, and making sound business decisions.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and cash management functions.

• Knowledge of business acumen and customer service best practices.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position that offers remote flexibility while also requiring some in-office time. You will need a quiet space at home and reliable internet access. Occasional local travel may be required for company meetings or events.
