Position: Special Needs Teacher Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of personalized education plans for students with special needs.
• Provide one-on-one support and small group assistance in academic activities.
• Help students with daily routines, including mobility and personal care when required.
• Support classroom management and encourage positive behavior.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the students’ social and emotional development.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to monitor and track student progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student needs and achievements.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable.
• A relevant qualification in Special Education, Child Development, or a related field is an advantage.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• A commitment to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all students.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
