Job Title: Special Needs Teacher (Male).
Location: Special Needs Center – Bahrain.
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate male teachers with a background in Social Work or Psychology to support children and young adults with special needs. The role focuses on structured learning, behavior support, and developing students’ social, emotional, and functional skills within a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and small-group instruction based on student needs.

Implement behavior support strategies and intervention plans.

Promote communication, social interaction, and independence.
-
Collaborate with therapists, educators, and families to support student progress.

Monitor student development and maintain accurate records and reports.

Assist in creating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and tracking outcomes.

Provide supervision to ensure student safety at all times.

Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development.
Support vocational and life-skills activities when required.
Qualifications:
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience working with individuals with special needs.

Strong understanding of behavioral support and child development.

Ability to manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred:

Training in ABA, behavior management, or inclusive education.

Experience in autism or developmental disabilities programs.
Crisis prevention or safeguarding training.
