Job Purpose:

responsible for monitoring telemedicine operations, analysing performance data, and producing accurate reports to support operational efficiency, quality of care, and regulatory compliance. The role ensures that telemedicine services align with Saudi digital health regulations, Saudi Health Information Exchange (SeHE) requirements, and organizational policies, while providing actionable insights to support decision-making and service improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supporting efficient and compliant telemedicine service delivery
• Ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of telemedicine operational data
• Supporting compliance with Saudi telemedicine regulations and digital health standards
• Providing reliable performance reports to management and stakeholders
• Supporting quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Contributing to continuous improvement of telemedicine services
  • Telemedicine Operations Monitoring
  • Monitor daily telemedicine activities including virtual consultations, response times, and service volumes
  • Track system utilization, appointment completion rates, and service availability
  • Identify operational issues and escalate as needed
  • Performance Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for telemedicine services

  Monitor KPIs such as consultation turnaround time, utilization rates, and patient volumes

  Support management with data-driven insights and trend analysis

  • Quality & Compliance Support

• Support compliance with Saudi telemedicine regulations, SeHE, and Ministry of Health guidelines

  Monitor documentation completeness and service delivery compliance

  Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting requirements

  • Data Management & System Support

• Ensure accuracy of telemedicine data within reporting systems and dashboards

  Coordinate with IT and system vendors to resolve data or system-related issues

  Support data reconciliation between telemedicine platforms, HIS, and reporting tools

  • Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with clinical teams, IT, and operations to address performance gaps

  Support communication of performance findings to relevant stakeholders

  Assist in implementing corrective actions and service improvements

  • Continuous Improvement & Process Support

• Identify opportunities to enhance telemedicine workflows and reporting processes

  Support implementation of performance improvement initiatives

Contribute to standardization of monitoring and reporting practices

3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations monitoring, reporting, or analytics

Experience within telemedicine, digital health, or healthcare operations preferred

Knowledge of Saudi telemedicine regulations and digital health standards

Experience with healthcare data analysis and reporting tools

Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, and performance monitoring

Experience supporting audits or regulatory reporting is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Health Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (Required)

Healthcare analytics or data reporting certification (Preferred)

Digital health or telemedicine-related certification (Preferred)

Training in Saudi healthcare regulations or compliance (Preferred)
