Specialist Aesthetic Dermatologist Abu Dhabi

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a native Arabic speaking, female Specialist Aesthetic Dermatologist for their client in Abu Dhabi which is a leading chain of premium aesthetic centers across UAE.

Responsibilities

• Administer a wide range of non invasive and minimally invasive cosmetic treatments, including Botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers for wrinkles, volume restoration, and facial contouring.
• Perform chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and microneedling to improve skin texture and tone.
• Offer non surgical body contouring or skin tightening treatments.
• Conduct procedures for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, acne scars, sun damage, and pigmentation issues.
• Develop customized, personalized treatment plans that combine medical and cosmetic procedures to achieve optimal aesthetic and clinical results.
• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of medical skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin infections.
• Conduct comprehensive dermatological evaluations, including detailed medical history and skin analysis, to identify patient needs and concerns.
• Prescribe appropriate oral and topical medications for various dermatological ailments.
• Ensure a high standard of patient safety and comfort during all procedures by adhering to strict hygiene and procedural protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and clinic staff, such as nurses and aestheticians, to ensure seamless service delivery and quality patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic medicine and technology through continuous education and training.
• Attend industry conferences and workshops to expand knowledge and professional networks.
• Educate patients on various treatment options, potential outcomes, and recovery processes to ensure they are fully informed and confident in their decisions.

Qualifications

• DoH licensed Specialist Aesthetic Dermatologist with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong patient base and proven track record in the Abu Dhabi market.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cosmetic dermatology procedures and medical skin conditions.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety, hygiene, and procedural protocols.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: AED 60,000 per month plus incentives. (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative. Final offer lies at the discretion of the client and would be made after completion of interviews).
