About the Role


The Specialist - Asset Management plays a crucial role in supporting Sanad Capital's engine and component portfolio management. This position involves providing operational and analytical assistance to ensure effective asset valuation, teardown coordination, repair monitoring, data reporting, and parts trading activities. Reporting to the Director of Leasing Operations and working closely with senior team members, the Specialist ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of asset management tasks to meet both commercial and operational goals.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support Asset Management Operations: Coordinate day-to-day asset activities including acquisition, teardown, repair, and sales tracking while maintaining accurate databases and documentation.
  • Assist in Teardown and Repair Coordination: Monitor teardown progress, repair stages, and delivery timelines; verify reports and costs; and collaborate with logistics and procurement teams.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational and financial data; generate dashboards and KPI reports; identify and rectify data discrepancies.
  • Commercial Support: Prepare valuation models and commercial proposals; support bid evaluations and maintain relationships with suppliers, MROs, and customers.
  • Compliance and Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards, and contribute to workflow and reporting enhancements.
  • Learning and Collaboration: Engage in coaching and mentoring, share best practices, and support Emiratization and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Who we are looking for


We seek a professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 3 to 6 years of experience in aviation asset management, MRO operations, or engine/component sales support. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience in asset tracking, teardown coordination, repair management, and reporting, along with knowledge of aviation regulations and OEM manuals. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools is essential. Key competencies include asset coordination, data and financial analysis, repair monitoring, compliance adherence, and a strong commitment to teamwork and continuous learning.
