Key Accountabilities
- Analyze business sales activity to detect internal policy or TDRA compliance breaches, document incidents, investigate root causes, and recommend control improvements in collaboration with governance leads.
- Develop and enhance governance dashboards and reporting tools, improving visibility of compliance performance, reducing manual reporting effort, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare, validate, and support the submission of governance reports to TDRA and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Support the implementation of temporary workaround actions, helping mitigate regulatory risks or gaps while sustainable solutions are being developed.
- Collaborate with governance, compliance, risk, and data teams to ensure consistent, reliable inputs into reporting processes and ongoing alignment on compliance metrics.
- Track trends in governance data, highlight recurring issues, and generate insights to support early risk detection and governance optimization initiatives.
Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Risk Management, or Telecommunications.
Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in compliance analytics, regulatory reporting, or governance functions.
- Strong understanding of TDRA reporting expectations and business channel compliance risks.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau)
Skills
- Solid grasp of regulatory reporting requirements and sales governance indicators.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail in report preparation and validation.
- Effective communicator with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Skilled in dashboard design and reporting automation.
