Responsibilities:

Supervise call center team, including female staff

Handle no-shows, appointment confirmations & follow-ups

Prepare reports & monitor call center performance

Create schedules and manage daily operations

Coordinate with medical & admin teams

Ensure smooth patient communication & experience
