Responsibilities:
- Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and behavioral patterns to identify friction points, growth opportunities, and feature impact.
- Evaluate product experiments (A/B tests, feature rollouts) to quantify performance on engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization metrics.
- Partner with Product Managers to define, measure, and monitor KPIs for new features and experiences.
- Build automated dashboards and reports to track product health and performance.
AI & Advanced Analytics
- Design and deploy advanced analytics and ML models to support product initiatives such as recommendation engines, user segmentation, churn prediction, and conversion optimization.
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to operationalize models into product workflows and ensure their ongoing performance.
- Translate complex model outputs into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Data Product Development
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement robust event tracking and product data pipelines.
- Contribute to developing Almosafer s product analytics layer building scalable datasets, defining taxonomies, and ensuring high data quality.
- Support experimentation frameworks and model evaluation systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product, UX, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure analytics and ML models directly drive product strategy.
- Act as a trusted data advisor, translating data complexity into simple, impactful business narratives.
