Specialist, Customer Contact Center

This role in summary

Whirlpool is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Representative, Customer Contact Center. We would like the candidate to be onsite our Customer Experience center, but will look at remote candidates.

This position is one of the primary contacts for customers attempting to reach JennAir Canada.. This individual will beC responsible for administering corporate policy while providing excellent customer service for pre and post-sales support. This individual will also assist with other projects as necessary to create the best customer experience for all brands within the Whirlpool family. e responsible for administering corporate policy while providing excellent customer service for pre and post-sales support. Your responsibilities will include

• Customer service is key to being successful in this role
• Resolve consumer requests in a fast-paced environment. Multi-skilled and Multi-channeled
• Provide quick and accurate answers for both post and pre-buy inquiries
• Assist consumers in finding the resolution that best fits their situation while developing a rapport that perpetuates the JennAir/Customer relationship

Minimum requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer contact center experience (virtual or in-person)

• Great communication skills
• Passionate and creative thinking to assist consumers with unique situations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include the closing shift
• Previous experience demonstrating attention to detail, decision-making, and analytical skills are required
• Strong reading comprehension level
• Self-motivation, strong teamwork skills, flexibility, and impeccable work ethic are essential for success on this team
