Role description


Role: Archer Developer

Location: Irving, TX

Responsibilities

Provide SME support and assist in answering any client queries with respect to applications core capabilities

The candidate will work with our business partners and analysts to understand the operational processes to help translate the business requirements to technical design develop solutions and deliver high quality code

The developer is expected to be a Senior Development Member of the team with strong Java backend experience as well as having proven ability in how to approach design and build enterpriselevel solutions who is also ready to step up to the next level and assume some leadership responsibilities

Must have strong handson experience of implementing Web application using Angular 8 or above JavaScript Bootstrap HTML5 JSON CSS Ajax etc

Strong handson experience on Jasmine Karma

The candidate will have a strong background of Java Spring Framework Hibernate Strong RDBMS etc

Experience in Unix Linux Commands is must At least basic knowledge in scripts

Experience with Advanced SOAPREST Client or similar

Ability to work in a highpressure environment and meet delivery timelines with a high degree of client satisfaction is critical

Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis design construction testing and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business user

Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision

Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy

Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and or other team members

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citigroup its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws rules and regulations adhering to Policy applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior conduct and business practices and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Qualifications required Skills

Experience as Java Developer and experience in UI technologies including Angular UI

Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications

Experience in managing and implementing successful projects

Working knowledge of consultingproject management techniquesmethods

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

Strong in OOPS Concept and handson experience with Core Java

Good understanding of Micro Services Architecture SQL and database understanding

Good analytical and programming capabilities

Good knowledge of SQL in the context of a major RDBMS

Comfortable working with XML parsing including schemas JSON and thirdparty libraries

Well versed with design standards frameworks experience in working on multiple technologies

Quick learner of new tools and technologies Methodologies Agile Waterfall Test Driven Development

Tools Git IntelliJ IDEAEclipse Maven TeamCity Jenkins JIRA and automated testing tools like Junit

Excellent project management time management verbal and written communications skills as the job entails simultaneously managing multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders

Proactive attitude ability to run projects with minimal direction given the geographically distributed nature of the team

Benefits

Compensation range: $83,912.00 to $128,080.00 per year
