Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python based applications and scripts
- Design and implement data models and database schemas in Oracle
- Write optimized SQL queries PLSQL procedures and triggers
- Integrate Python applications with Oracle DB using appropriate libraries eg cxOracle
- Perform data migration, ETL processes and automation tasks
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure application security scalability and performance tuning
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Python code and Oracle DB
Required Skills
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python including frameworks like FlaskDjango is a plus
Handson experience with Oracle Database PLSQL and query optimization
Familiarity with cxOracle or similar PythonOracle connectors
Knowledge of data structures OOP and design patterns
Experience with version control systems Git and CICD pipelines
Understanding of REST APIs and integration techniques
Good problemsolving and analytical skills
