Job Summary
We are seeking a technically sound and client-focused Data Privacy Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to support the delivery of privacy and data protection engagements for clients across the UAE, KSA, India, and other global markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with privacy frameworks such as UAE PDPL, KSA PDPL, India DPDP Act, GDPR and ISO 27701, and will contribute to the implementation and operationalization of privacy programs for organizations.
This is a client-facing role, focused on executing privacy assessments, supporting compliance initiatives, assisting in project delivery, and ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities, Deliverables / Outcomes
  • Support delivery of end-to-end privacy consulting engagements, including gap assessments, data mapping, RoPA creation, DPIAs, audits, and privacy program implementation.
  • Assist in interpreting and implementing privacy requirements under GDPR, UAE PDPL, KSA PDPL, and India DPDP Act.
  • Translate regulatory obligations into practical, auditable privacy controls under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Execute assigned project tasks while ensuring adherence to defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Act as a supporting privacy advisor for client stakeholders, including IT, Legal, HR, and Security teams.
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations related to privacy assessments and compliance initiatives.
  • Identify privacy risks during assessments and escalate findings with recommendations for remediation.
  • Support privacy impact assessments for IT systems, cloud platforms, HR processes, CRM tools, and third-party vendors.
  • Assist in the implementation of technical and organizational measures for personal data protection.
  • Stay updated on evolving data protection regulations, guidance, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to internal templates, delivery frameworks, tools, and knowledge repositories.

Key Skills
1. Good working knowledge of UAE PDPL, KSA PDPL, India DPDP Act, GDPR, ISO 27701, and related privacy frameworks.
2. Solid understanding of cross-border data transfers, data lifecycle management, and privacy risk assessment methodologies.
3. Hands-on experience supporting privacy engagements across one or more sectors such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Government.
4. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with client and internal teams.
Key Competencies
1. Relevant privacy and security certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or ISO 27701 Lead Implementer/Auditor (preferred).
2. Familiarity with privacy management and automation tools such as OneTrust, BigID, TrustArc, or similar platforms.
3. Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA) and their alignment with privacy requirements.
