Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Pune or Gurgaon Hybrid

Experience Required: 6-9 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with 3 plus years of experience to join our AIML team You will be responsible for building deploying and optimizing machine learning models that solve real world problems across domains such as NLP computer vision recommendation systems and predictive analytics

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning models using Python and relevant ML libraries

• Preprocess and analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights

• Implement and optimize algorithms for performance and scalability

• Collaborate with data scientists software engineers and product teams

• Deploy models into production using tools like Docker Kubernetes and cloud platforms

• Monitor model performance and retrain as needed

• Document processes and maintain reproducibility of experiments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science Data Science or related field

• 3 plus years of hands-on experience in machine learning and Python programming

• Strong understanding of ML algorithms regression classification clustering etc

• Experience with libraries such as scikit learn TensorFlow PyTorch or XGBoost

• Familiarity with data manipulation tools Pandas NumPy and visualization Matplotlib Seaborn

• Experience with cloud platforms AWS GCP Azure and ML deployment pipelines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with NLP computer vision or timeseries forecasting

• Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices

• Exposure to big data technologies Spark Hadoop

• Understanding of model explainability and fairness
