Specialist - Digital Media & Graphic Designer

Location – Noida

Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts

We are a global team of graphic designers, motion artists, and PowerPoint experts, supporting consultants across the world.

We help businesses create impactful presentations, deliver effective visual storytelling, and craft compelling data visualizations. Our expertise spans across publications, reports, videos, podcasts, and design projects — all of which we adapt into multiple languages, like German, Spanish, Korean, and Japanese.

Job Overview:

Are you ready for an exciting career as a Graphic Designer?

As part of a global team of graphic specialists you will work alongside international project teams to design and layout impactful presentations, videos, reports, and solve problems creatively. In this role, you are first and foremost a business communicator who collaborates with partners and consultants to transform concepts into compelling visual solutions.

You should apply if you are highly motivated, willing to learn new things, have an aesthetic eye, excellent attention to detail and are fluent in written and spoken English. You are also deadline driven, organized and understand how people view and understand content.

This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in our Noida office. There is no option to be fully remote.

We will count on you to:

  • Collaborate with product managers, communication specialists, analysts, and writers to design communication collateral.
  • Create publication reports, brochures, flyers, announcement mailers and presentations that strictly adhere to company branding, templates, and design guidelines.
  • Create charts, graphs, illustrations, and touch up artwork, using Adobe software products.
  • Make reviewer changes to content and design as required with a strong attention to detail.
  • Review and approve final layouts

What we expect:

  • Good knowledge of Adobe creative suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects and PowerPoint
  • Fluency of written and spoken English
  • Client-centric mentality, can-do attitude
  • Aesthetic eye and interest in design subjects
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who is also able to work effectively as part of team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Eager to learn new skills
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite will be a value add

What you need to have:

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in service industry
  • Graduate (any stream)
  • Strong understanding of basic and advanced design principles.
  • Ability to be creative within established guidelines.
  • Mandatory: Advanced and proven knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
  • Mandatory: Knowledge and experience working in latest Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Video Editing).
