Job Purpose:
The
Digital Services Development Specialist
supports the
design, development, and enhancement of digital services
across RTA. The role focuses on
digital project coordination
,
system integration
,
user experience improvement
, and ensuring compliance with
governance
and
information security standards
to improve
operational efficiency
and service quality.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitor
performance indicators
for
digital systems and services

Coordinate
digital service development projects
, including
requirements definition
and execution tracking
-
Prepare
monthly performance and progress reports
covering workflow, costs, risks, and recommendations
-
Ensure compliance with
RTA governance frameworks
and
information security policies
-
Support
system integration, upgrades, and enhancements
across digital platforms
-
Manage
contracts and invoices
using the
Maximo system
-
Identify and resolve
technical issues
related to digital services
-
Report and follow up on
information security incidents
in line with policies
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
Education and experience
-
Bachelor’s degree
in
Information Technology, Computer Science
, or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years of experience
in
digital services development
,
IT systems
, or
digital projects
