What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Specialist Engineer – Quality Assurance who will work for Dishwasher Product Directorate.

• Investigating product quality to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
• Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases and making reliability analyses.
• Ambition to work in a laboratory, testing and creating systems.
• Identifying quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggesting actions for improvement.
• Inspecting product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability.
• Working actively with the Engineering team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure process capability is effective in meeting product and process requirements.
• Involving new R&D Projects for transferring the Quality perspective and guiding FMEA sections.

The position is located in Ankara.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering (Master's Degree is a plus),
• Having experience at least 2 years.
• Having a role in R&D Projects in the past is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience in design/production/working principles of consumer durables is a plus.
• Knowledge of simulation and analysis tools, (CAD designer tools)
• Performing advanced analysis of failures in products, sub-parts, and components, find the root cause and solutions.
• Familiar with statistical, data analysis, and problem-solving methods & tools (like 6sigma, TRIZ, etc).
• Knowledge of Quality Management Standards
• Having experience in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Qlik, etc) is plus,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding the needs of the market & customers,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
