What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for CAD/Design/Prototyping Specialist who will join our team at R&D Directorate.

• Serve as an expert in Siemens NX, developing advanced tools for assemblies, motion analysis, simulations, and BOM management

• Lead the standardization of global CAD and product design methodologies, focusing on Design Tools and AI in Design

• Develop and mentor teams on CAD best practices via BEKO Design Academy

• Spearhead integration of CAD, Additive Manufacturing, and AI-supported technologies in digital product development

• Contribute to cross-functional R&D projects on design automation and prototyping improvements

• Support prototyping and model-making activities, including 3D printing, machining, and rapid prototyping

• Collaborate with global teams to integrate CAD/PLM systems, prototyping tools, and Industry 4.0 platforms

• Drive global standardization and optimization of design and prototyping workflows

• Develop and deliver training programs (in English and Turkish) on CAD tools and modern prototyping methods

• Act as liaison between industry and academia to bring cutting-edge CAD and prototyping into workflows

• Provide expert support on complex design and prototyping challenges to accelerate innovation

• Lead the adoption of next-gen CAD and prototyping methodologies within a global organization

• (Optional growth path) Join Agile squads to contribute to innovation and product development initiatives

The position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect fit?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, Aeronautics Engineering, or related fields.
• A master’s degree in Mechanical Design, Industrial Engineering, or related areas is preferred. 2–5+ years of experience in structural design, CAD systems, prototyping, and product development.
• Advanced-level proficiency in Siemens NX CAD software, with deep knowledge of parametric modeling, motion analysis, and fundamental simulation applications.
• Experience in product development, design tools, AI in Design, additive manufacturing, AI-supported manufacturing, prototyping (3D printing, CNC, rapid prototyping…), and manufacturing processes.Strong background in integrating CAD tools and prototyping technologies into product design workflows.Hands-on experience with PLM systems, Industry 4.0 technologies, and digital engineering platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in international project environments.
• Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across international teams.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
