JOB PURPOSE:

Executes the assigned operational activities in Flight operation standards at Saudia airline to ensure the most efficient and effective manner.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-
Follows all relevant Flight Operations policies, processes and standard operating procedures at Saudia airline so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for Flight Operations at Saudia airline to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.

Ensure that aircraft type requirements and regular documentation updates are strictly observed as well as company and manufacturing requirements are met.

Ensure that Saudia airline instructors, evaluators, check airmen, flight crew members and training facilities, devices equipment & course materials are in compliance with GACA and performance standards of SAUDIA.

Ensure safety and efficiency standards in the construction, maintenance and updating of respective MELs/CDLs of Saudia airline to ensure efficient and safe conduct of the flight operations.

Ensure that all concerned departments including the cockpit libraries and the flight deck crewmembers receive the updated publications and manuals complying with World Aviation Organizations Standards.

Ensure handling of printing, distribution and updating quality and accurate operations manuals, bulletins, checklist and quick reference data sheet (QRDS).

Revising and updating all operation & navigation manuals for the Saudia airline.

Maintain and update all operation and navigation manuals in the simulators, briefing & de briefing rooms, and the GACA office in P.S.A.A.

Maintain necessary stock pages to provide manuals once request.

Participate in Saudia airline operations manuals, checklist, Ops Spec and all related GACA tasks as applicable.

Conduct audit according to the audit plan and protocols.

Contact the Jeppesen company to add and remove charts and customize the manuals according to Saudia requirements.

Perform any other related tasks assigned to him by his direct supervisor.
EDUCATION DEGREE:
-
Bachelor or master’s in aviation, Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Management, or any other related fields
QUALIFICATION / LANGUAGES:
-
Advanced Level of English
-
Pilot License approved by GACA if requested
