Specialist, Full Potential Identification III

Role Summary

Executes Maaden’s operational excellence and full potential initiatives within assigned business units or plants, translating identified improvement and stability opportunities into measurable results and positioning Maaden as the world’s leading technology-enabled miner

Implements real-time monitoring, process, and performance improvement programs defined by the Full Potential Identification Manager, ensuring sustained operational, financial, and sustainability impact.

Key Responsibilities

Execute Full Potential Programs
– Implement full potential identification and value realization initiatives, driving local execution, performance stability, and measurable outcomes
– Work with site and BU teams to quantify and address bottlenecks, maturity gaps, and value drivers, leveraging structured problem-solving and real-time data insights
– Monitor real-time operational data to identify anomalies and deviations, triggering action with site and functional experts to address root causes

Deliver Measurable Performance Improvements
– Translate operational challenges into process, technology, or automation improvements that enhance throughput, recovery, cost, energy performance, and overall operational stability
– Collaborate with Data, AI, IT, and OT teams to provide insights and inputs for solution design and improvement actions, while maintaining focus on measurement, stability, and performance validation

Coach and Enable Site Teams
– Train and coach site and plant teams on real-time performance management, continuous improvement, and data-driven practices
– Build ownership, accountability, and capability within operations to sustain results and replicate success across multiple sites

Support Opportunity Identification
– Track and report site-level improvements against defined KPI deltas and maturity targets to demonstrate value realization
– Provide feedback and data-driven insights to refine enterprise-wide opportunity pipelines, maturity assessments, and improvement portfolios

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
– 3–5 years’ experience in operational or process improvement roles
– Experience working with real-time performance monitoring and maturity assessment frameworks
– Experience supporting enterprise value identification and execution frameworks
– Experience in mining, processing, or heavy industrial environments preferred
