As a Specialist Housekeeping, you would be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the resort by using specialized equipment, including auto floor scrubbers, buffers, electrostatic sprayers, burnishers, carpet extractors, encapsulators, steamers, etc.
  • Repairing and maintaining all housekeeping carts, vacuums, and other equipment as needed.
  • Clean and restore hard floor and carpeted surfaces, including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, waxing, extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, vacuuming.
  • Other duties as assigned.

To fulfill this role effectively, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Experience as a Carpet Cleaning Technician or Pressure Washer Operator.
  • Detailed knowledge of cleaning chemicals and machines.
  • Ability to operate industrial cleaning machines.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and complete tasks quickly without compromising quality.
  • Capacity to work with little supervision, maintain a high-level of performance, and follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to delivering magnificent service.
  • Open availability to work weekends and holidays.
