Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring an HR Operations Specialist.
What will you do?

Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including deductions, overtime, and compliance with labor laws.

Personnel Management: Maintain and update employee records, contracts and HRIS data to ensure accuracy and Confidentiality.

Social insurance & Governmental Entities: Manage relationship with social insurance operations (form 1-2-6) and labor bureau and any other related entities.

Medical operations & Benefits Administration: Manage employee medical insurance enrollment, claims, and benefits & liaise with providers for smooth operations.

Onboarding & Off-Boarding Activities : Handle new joiners documents and exit formalities including clearance, final settlement and documentation in compliance with company policies.

Compliance & Documentation: ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal HR policies, prepare reports for audits and inspections.

Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquires, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and procedures.

Data Reporting: Generate periodic HR reports(headcount, turnover, payroll summaries) for management decision-making.

Manage relationships with insurance providers, medical network, and payroll service vendors.

Support HR Projects: Assist in HR Initiatives such as engagement programs, policy updates and system implementations.

Conduct employees investigations when needed.
What will you need?

Knowledge of labor law and compliance requirements

Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
