Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:00PM
Provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews and evaluates candidate applications to ensure candidates meet the qualifications for job postings.
- Coordinates scheduling Interviews with Recruiters.
- Completes employment reference verifications for candidates in process.
- Submits background checks for the Statewide Central Registry (SCR) check and additional pre-employment background checks.
- Complies with all agency policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Related experience preferred.
- Ability to travel to various locations located in but not limited to Erie, Niagara, Chautauqua and Monroe County.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Effective communication skills.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
